When calculating and analyzing the air dome film structure, the wind vibration coefficient of wind load is 1.2. The steel cable adopts galvanized steel wire rope, outsourcing PE protective layer, the nominal tensile strength of the steel cable is1960Mpa.

The force calculation results of the steel cable are shown in the figure below. According to the calculation results, Φ16 steel wire rope is selected for the steel cable and Φ18 steel wire rope is selected for the corner steel cable.

  1. The maximum horizontal displacement of air domeX is 1.149m, which is less than 1/10 of the height of 33m =3.3m, meeting the limit requirements of the specification.
  2. The maximum horizontal displacement of air domeY is 2.354m, which is less than 1/10 of the height of 33m =3.3m, meeting the standard limit requirements.
  3. The maximum vertical displacement value of air domeZ is 1.071m, which is less than 1/30 of the span 84m =2.8m, meeting the standard limit requirements.
