Operating Principle

The air pressure support system

Intelligent control system
- Air pressure, temperature, humidity and other parameters are monitored by sensors in real time, and the fan power is automatically adjusted to maintain pressure stability. Equipped with fresh air circulation system, combined with high efficiency air filtration device (such as PM2.5 filtration), to ensure indoor air quality.


The structure stability design
- Adopts the inclined mesh steel cable system to fixed the film body, which enhances the wind resistance (can withstand the typhoon of class 16) and the snow pressure resistance.
High temperature ability
- Our air dome membranes are uniquely designed to withstand heat up to 70 degrees Celsius.
- The dome is equipped with AC system and high heat insulation film, which can effectively block outside heat entry, reduce heat transfer, and greatly reduce indoor cooling energy consumption.
- The ventilation system keeps the air in the dome fresh at work diagram all times, creating a healthy, cool and comfortable environment for visitors.
- Even when the temperature outside soars to 70 degrees Celsius, the air conditioning system can run stably to ensure a pleasant indoor temperature.

Multi-Device Terminal Usage
Smart Dome
This is an innovative solution for air dome monitoring and automation. The installed programmable logic controller (ComBox.M) interacts with various air dome systems to provide monitoring, automation, and control solutions. Once connected, users can easily access it through a cloud-based app and their smartphones.
Multi-Terminal Intelligent Control Platform
The multi-terminal remote intelligent control platform developed by WALLI enables monitoring of the air dome’s operation via mobile phones, PCs, tablets, and other terminals, achieving real-time observation and control.
Connectivity and Flexibility
Various communication technologies and software support data collection, storage, and transmission for air dome systems. Built-in Ethernet (IEEE 802.3i), serial interfaces (RS-232, RS-485), GPRS, and wireless communication provide flexible, application-specific solutions. An integrated PLC enables monitoring for small systems and management for larger, complex ones.

Control System
High standard
The WAlLl bilaver membrane system consists of two membranes, One laver is made of polyester fabric,
coated with pvc, The standard design ofthe outer fabric weighs 760-1500 g/m2. The weight of the inner
fabric is between 500-700 g/m2. The standard fabric is translucent and fulycomplies with physical, technical
and fire standards as well as regulations. The standard coloris white. There are high-frequency welds every
about 3 meters, and four films overlap and weld together, showing strength in both vertical and
horizontal direction.


Heat Insulation
Air pockets between the outer and inner fabric materials provide the WALLI air support structure with ideal insulation, comparable to that of a classic building.

Ultraviolet Resistance
Standard membranes have UV resistance, but with special finish treatments such as PVDF, PVDF, or PVDF FL, this UV resistance is enhanced—thereby improving material quality and extending service life.

Color Selectable
We use the German RAL color card (RAL color chart), one of the most widely used standard color systems globally. Appropriate color numbers can be selected from the RAL color card according to project requirements.

Air Conditioning + Fresh Air System

Integrated Air Conditioning &
Fresh Air Systems
WALLI air dome, with years of venue construction experience, accurately calculates heating and cooling loads for different areas and environments. It includes systems like underground duct return air, vertical open-mounted direct expansion, ultra-low temperature heat pump water circulation fan coil, water source heat pump, gas boiler, and biomass boiler.
- The air film power unit module platform integrates control system, backup diesel generator (for low-temperature heating and high-temperature ventilation), high-voltage frequency conversion fan, PM2.5 filtration, and small weather station, extending electronic components’ life via high integration.
- ATS runs over 24 hours continuously. Two maintenance-free high-voltage frequency conversion fans (one main, one backup) alternate to ensure unit stability and air film pressure.
- Air conditioning uses outdoor VRF external + AHU internal units, supplying the stadium via underground pipelines with vertical installation.

Wali’s backup power system is equipped with an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) function, which ensures uninterrupted power supply to all systems during a power outage, effectively safeguarding the air-supported membrane’s safety.

- Design Requirement: Revolving doors must be specifically designed for use in continuous positive pressure environments.
- Sealing Feature: Brush seal minimizes air loss while maintaining smooth operation.
- Standard Sizes: The standard size three-blade rotary doors are 0180 cm and 0240 cm with a height of 220 cm.
- Structure: They are made of a metal plate structure.

Fire Door
- Purpose: The purpose of this door is to provide an emergency route.
- Standard Size: The standard size is 143 cm x220 cm.
- Material: The frame and door panels are made of galvanized metal construction.
- Features: Doors have portholes, emergency exit signs and lighting, and comply with fire and building codes.
